We’re currently seeking both Trainee Sales Consultants and Experienced Sales Consultants to join our successful New, Used and EV sales teams.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Bartons at Wynnum across our New, Used and EV sales divisions. We are looking for both trainee and experienced automotive sales consultants who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, building strong client relationships and achieving excellent sales results.
You will:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right vehicle solution
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to delivery
- Follow up leads and manage your sales pipeline effectively
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve and exceed targets
About You
For Experienced Sales Consultants:
- Proven sales performance (automotive preferred but not essential)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build repeat and referral business
- Self-motivated with strong time management
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
For Trainee Sales Consultants:
- Passionate about customer service and sales
- Motivated, confident and eager to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Driven to build a long-term career in automotive
- Full driver’s licence
